1) Project Managers - Environment and Sanitation - (2 Positions)

We are looking for two Project managers for the Environment and Sanitaion Program being handled by INDCARE & Karma. The position is challenging and offers an opportunity for growth in in the area of Environmental Management and Sanitation.The details may be viewed on our website.

We require persons with expeience in the NGO sector preferably with a BSW degree.

2) Program Manager - Microfinance and Livelihood---- (1)

     Location:- Delhi

     Job Responsibilities :-

1) Handling overseeing the planning, management and implementation of Microfinance and Livelihood projects.

2) Overseeing and functioning with management and the livelihood programmes.

3) Liasioning with Micro-finance institutions, government departments, partner NGOs and other stakeholders.

4) Conducting meetings and training with the SHGs members, local community, and concerned government departments.

5) Organizing and conducting workshops, vocational training classes as and when require.

6) Carrying our research activities in the areas of operation as and when required.

7) Responsbile for executing as well as managing partnership activities.

8) Supervising and supporting project staff in achieving the programme objectives

9) Other specific responsibilities can be assigned.

   Qualification:-

 PG degree/PG diploma completed in management, social work.Preference given to the eastern region people specially oriya speaking.

 

  Experience :-

At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience should include successful executing of livelihoods/ SHGs/ Microfinance programmes.

3)  PROGRAMME OFFICER:- FUNDRAISING:-      (1)  

Location:- Delhi

Job Responsbilities:-

  • Generate increased income from existing sources
  • Identify and research potential funding opportunities.
  • Approach and raise funds from individuals, Government departments, Corporate, INGOs and other public trusts within India and internationally
  • Develop proposals for projects that could attract new funding
  • Skills in writing funding proposals for a range of donors including governmental and institutional
  • Establish links with other voluntary and statutory bodies
  • Assist the Executive Director in developing an Annual fundraising strategy
  • Undertake other duties as required to ensure the proper functioning of the team
  • Ability to manage multiple donor relationships

Qualification:-

 PG degree/PG diploma completed in management, social science.

 Experience:-

At least 4-5 years experience should include successful executing Fund Raising.

 4)  SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (1)--- Delhi Corporate office

  Job Responsibilties:-

1. Day to day accounting of Bank receipts, Bank payments, inter unit advices etc

2. Bank Reconciliation.

3. Contract verification, Contract Progress Management.

4. Progress Payment Claim, Running account bills generation and management.

5. Co-ordination with Head Office & Financial Shared Service Centre operation.

6. Timely management of Employee Expense Reimbursement and advance settlement.

7. Branch Cash Management.

8. Maintaining accounting documentation locally and timely reporting.

9. Maintaining the accurate Master data information

10. Debtors Ledger Reconciliation

11. Creditors Ledger Reconciliation

12. Internal Follow up coordination for Debtors collection

13. Interact & coordinate with Debtors for collection & ledger reconciliation

14. Knowledge of local Sales tax, filling returns, Assessments.

15. Controller of Credit and Profitability – Analytical and Action oriented

16. Professional command on MS Office application- Excel, MS Word etc.

17. Tracking Development of Cost through comparison of Pre Calculation and Post Calculation.

18. Budgeting and Variance Analysis in all the Sphere of Business

19. Inventory Control , Credit Note and Debits Notes

20. Ability to work with timely targets.

21. Ability to manage interdepartmental issues.

22. Maintain Store record on daily basis.

 

Experience :- 4-5 yrs
